Love the cone of unwashed yarn and will be back for another cone. When you first get this it is tightly spun and still oiled from spinning. It might look more like string than yarn, but I knew what it would do when washed and I was not disappointed. With some warm water and a shampoo conditioner rinse, it bloomed into a lovely, clean, soft round yarn. It is wonderful stuff. I’m very happy with this.

Finding Suffolk roving which really IS Suffolk and which isn’t rustic is a bit of a challenge. Roving shipped quickly, the fiber is a well-prepped farm-grown roving, and it will be perfect for my seminar participants.
