Description
Black Calypso Beans are originally from the Carribbean, and are found throughout the Americas. They are also known as Orca or Yin Yang beans. The striking black and white beans are plump and have a creamy texture. The taste is slightly nutty and mellow, somewhat like that of a russet potato.
