This is the time of year that we are in planning mode. I just finished setting up all the harvest dates for the year for our lamb and beef, and that feels good.
I thought you might like a little glimpse into what we have in store this year with our grass-fed meats so that you can mark your calendars and do your own planning.
For those of you who would like to put one of our 100% grass-fed lambs in your freezer, we will be harvesting once a month in February, March, and April. Then we will take a break and resume monthly harvests in September. If you want lamb in your freezer yet this winter, ORDER NOW. Don’t get caught without lamb when Easter rolls around (April 9 this year).
Our price for winter lamb is set, and information is available at the link. Price for fall lambs will be determined this summer.

We also have harvest dates for our 100% grass-fed, certified organic beef in June and September. As always, if you have purchased beef in the past from us, we will contact you first. If there is any left, we will open pre-orders in April for June’s harvest, and July for September’s harvest. The only way to get notified about the pre-order availability is by joining our email list. Click here to add yourself to our email list. Beef prices will be available when we open up pre-orders.
Our grass-fed lamb and beef are an integral part of our regenerative farm. The animals contribute to the health of our soil and our integrated farming system. If you eat meat, make sure you choose meat that you can feel confident about eating–both for your family’s sake, and for the sake of the environment.
