I made my hat purchase during Holland’s Kerstmarkt. I had lost my favorite winter hat several years ago and had not been able to find a substitute until now. The best beans I’ve ever tasted. Cooking dry beans is sadly becoming a lost culinary skill. Your local grocery stores will only have black beans or pintos at best. Do yourself a favor and try the heirloom varieties. I promise you will not be disappointed.
