Two Bean Sausage Rice Soup

Ingredients

Jacob’s Cattle beans

Jacob’s Cattle Gold beans

lb.
pork sausage

cups
chicken broth
1/2
cup
rice
2
bay leaves
1
onion
chopped
4
cloves
garlic
minced
Salt to taste
Instructions
Soak and cook beans in water until fork tender.
Brown sausage while beans are cooking.
Drain and rinse beans.
Combine all ingredients and cook for 30-45 minutes longer.
