- 1 bone-in center cut leg roast about 3# OR 1 boneless shoulder roast about 3#
- 10-12 lamb chops
- 2 lb. ground lamb
- 2 pkg. of lamb shanks (2/pkg)
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 2 lb. kebab meat
- 1 pkg. lamb brats
- Bones for broth/soup
- Liver
Q: How much freezer space will I need for this?
A: About 1 cubic foot (the size of a paper grocery sack).
