Would you like to be able to purchase healthy, grass-fed lamb raised locally? Here’s your chance!
Your half lamb box will be approximately 15 pounds of meat, including:
- 1 bone-in center cut leg roast
- 1 boneless shoulder roast
- 10-12 lamb chops (4/pkg)
- 3-4 lb. ground lamb
- 1 package of lamb shanks (2/pkg)
- Bones for broth/soup
- Liver
You will be notified when your lamb is ready to pick up.
Q: How much freezer space will I need for this?
A: About 1 cubic foot (the size of a paper grocery sack).
