Description
Painted Pony Beans have a thin skin and are richly flavored and slightly nutting. Similar to a kidney bean, they make a great side dish to any grilled meat. Painted Pony Beans keep most of their coloring even after cooking. They are well suited for use in soups or chilis, or served with grains or pasta.
