Reserve Your Whole, Custom-Cut Lamb

By placing a deposit, you’ll reserve a whole lamb raised on our farm and processed to your preferences. Lambs are processed monthly from September through December at Earl’s Meats in Holland, with meat ready for pickup 7–10 days after processing.

Pricing & Payment

The total estimated cost is $570, broken down as follows:

• $150 deposit (due now)

• $300 when your lamb goes to the butcher

• Approximately $120 paid directly to Earl’s Meats for processing at time of pickup (subject to change)

Cut Options: Your Lamb, Your Way

You may choose between custom cuts or standard cuts.

Custom cuts: You’ll contact the butcher directly to specify how your lamb is cut and packaged before processing.

Standard cuts: You’ll receive approximately the following:

Roasts

• 2 center-cut, bone-in leg roasts

Chops

• 20–24 rib and loin chops (4 per package)

Additional Cuts

• 3–4 lb stew meat (1-lb packages)

• 6–8 lb ground lamb (1-lb packages)

• 2 packages of shanks (2 per package)

• Broth bones

• Liver

You can expect about 35 pounds of finished lamb, depending on your choice of bone-in or boneless cuts.

How Our Lamb Is Raised

Our lambs are born on our farm each spring. They are raised in the barn under close supervision before moving to open pasture once the grass is ready. They are finished entirely on grass, resulting in natural, healthy, and nutrient-rich food for you.
